| Reach-in freezer door handle and door gaskets on the same freezer noted not in good repair. Also please remove the cardboard at the bottom of the reach-in pizza freezer absorbent surfaces are not allowed for food storage. Duct tape covering draw opening must be removed. Duct tape is not considered a smooth easily cleanable non-absorbent surface. |

| Hood filters noted not properly in place. The filter is appears to be not in good repair and is not capable of being installed with no gaps. Gaps between hood filters presents a fire hazard in the hood flue. |

| An inadequate amount of chlorine sanitizer was noted in the final rinse of the dish machine. Sanitizer jug had just been replaced however the unit needed to be primed. The unit was primed to correct the violation. Please test the unit with chlorine sanitizer test paper at least daily. If the unit continues to lose prime it should be serviced. |
