Floors underneath some equipment downstairs noted in need of cleaning. Some air ducts and vent covers in both upstairs kitchens noted in need of cleaning.

Gaskets on a hot holding cart in the upstairs kitchen noted not in good repair. Cord holding the hot holding unit doors in place noted not properly designed. Until the doors are fixed the cord at least should be of a metarial that is easily cleanable and not porous.
