Kitchen employees was observed touching body parts and continuing to work without washing hands. Observed various staff touching apron and then proceed to prep food without prior handwashing.

Raw meat noted being stored above food not to be further cooked. Observed seafood stored below whole muscle beef in walk in cooler.

2 points: FOOD CONTACT SURFACES - CLEAN
Ice machine interior not properly maintained. Ice maker drip edge has build up near where the ice drops into ice bin below.

In - use utensils for ice noted stored in an unprotected location. Ice scoop stored on top of ice maker in basement the top of ice maker is not a clean/sanitary surface for in-use utensils.
