Inadequate sanitizing with quaternary ammonia was noted in the three compartment sink in the bar. Sink drained and refilled with adequate sanitizer

3 points: HANDWASHING LAVATORIES AND SUPPLIES
A hand drying device was noted not provided at the hand washing lavatory in the kitchen. Paper towels were replaced upon notification of violation. Critical violation corrected. It was also noted that the hand sink in back prep area is being repaired. Because there is already a work being done and/or a work order in place this will be re-inspected at the next routine inspection.

Hand sink in the ware-washing area noted with a drain not functioning properly.
1 points: FLOORS WALLS CEILINGS
Floors in the ware-washing area noted with missing floor tiles in need of repair. Also some floor tiles are lacking grout and should be grouted to prevent more tiles from coming loose.
