The hand washing lavatory in the ware-washing area noted out of service. A plumber visited today and will continue work on this sink to fix it. It needs a new drain and will take some time to fix. There is another hand sink near this sink that will be utilized while the plumbing repair takes place.

The hand washing lavatory in the bar noted being used for other than hand washing. Towels and bucket noted in hand sink. Hand washing sinks must only be used for hands.

Fish noted not completely removed from vacuum seal bags. Bags were cut open but the fish needs to be completely removed from the vacuum packaging.
