Critical Violations
3 points: HANDWASHING LAVATORIES AND SUPPLIES
Paper towel dispenser is a couple areas noted with dead batteries not allowing the dispensing of paper towels. It recommended to change the batteries as soon as they die. Manual paper towel dispensers would also be an improvement over the dispensers that do not allow the dispensing of paper towels when the batteries die. Due to this violaiton being found on the last couple health inspection this violation will not be corrected on the spot during future health inspections. If this violation continues a follow-up inspection will be required to ensure that ALL HAND SINKS are ALWAYS stocked with running hot and cold water soap and paper towels.

Floors in the kitchen area and in walkin cooler/freezer noted need repair. Floor in the transition area from the walk-in cooler to walk-in freezer presents a hazard for both cleaning and mobility. There is a hole that has formed that is several inches deep.
