| 3 points: HANDWASHING LAVATORIES AND SUPPLIES |
| A hand drying device was noted not provided at the hand washing lavatory in the bakery kitchen. Critical violation corrected by restocking paper towels at the bakery hand sink. Also of note was that several paper towel dispensers had to be opened up to use the paper towels due to the wrong type of paper towels being loaded into the dispenser. While this is not a critical it is a borderline situation and should be addressed. The manager indicated that it would be. |
