4 points: SANITIZATION OF EQUIP. AND UTENSILS
Inadequate sanitizing with chlorine was noted in the three compartment sink. Facility usually uses Quat Tabs but they ran out. They were noted not using any sanitizing in the facility. They did have chlorine on hand so I helped set up the sanitizing compartment.

Sanitizer test kit noted not provided.
2 points: CONTAMINATION DURING STORAGE
Frozen food noted being broken up and portioned out into bins on the floor in front of the walk in freezer. Thsi task should be done on a sanitized surface like a counter top.
2 points: FOOD CONTACT SURFACES - CLEAN
Ice machine interior not properly maintained. Inside of the lids of some of the blenders noted not properly maintained. Product build up could be noted.
