Critical Violations
5 points: FOOD DISPLAY SERVICE AND TRANSPORT TEMP
Steam table food items including ground beef chili cheese sauce etc. noted not being held at 140 degrees fahrenheit or above. Food items were removed from service and the thermostat set point was increased to correct the violation. It was set to low which is not warm enough. Utilization of a food thermometer will help to prevent this violation in the future.
Non-Critical Violations
2 points: FOOD CONTACT SURFACES - CLEAN
Pop nozzles and nozzle holders noted not properly maintained/cleaned. Mildew/mold noted under red cap and inside of the black holder. Also the bottom of the tall reach-in freezer was noted in need of cleaning.

Inadequate sanitizing was noted in the three compartment sink. It was noted that not enough tablets were added to the sink. More tablets were added to correct the violation. This item will be inspected for at the next routine inspection also.
