| Cold holding unit in the facility being used for cold holding temp of 41 degrees F was not functioning adequately. Cooler had lost power. TCS food items of concern were disposed of from cooler and power was restored to the cooler to correct the violation. |
| 3 points: HANDWASHING LAVATORIES AND SUPPLIES |
| A hand drying device (paper towels) was noted not provided at the hand washing lavatory in both employee restrooms. Paper towels were replaced to correct the violation. |

| Inadequate sanitizing with quaternary ammonia was noted in the three compartment sink. To correct the violation the manager unscrewed the bag of sanitizer liquid from the dispenser releasing the vacuum on the dispenser and correcting the issue. Critical violation corrected on the spot. |
