Cut vegetables pasta deli meats noted not being adequately cooled to prevent the growth of harmful bacteria in the large prep top cooler. Food items out of temp were discarded.

Prep cooler in the facility being used for cold holding temp of 41 degrees F was not functioning adequately. Large prep top cooler food items were observed to be at 54?F. Food items out of temp were discarded.
