4 points: COLD AND HOT STORAGE EQUIPMENT
Cold holding unit in the facility being used for cold holding temp of 41 degrees F was not functioning adequately. Salad dressing cold holding unit temperature noted at 50.6 degrees F. Any cream/dairy based product should be discarded. I will return to re-inspect on November 18th to re-inspect or if the management notifies me that the unit was fixed.

2 points: CONTAMINATION DURING STORAGE
Food was observed being stored in an area where it may be exposed to dampness splash dust or other contamination. Food in the walk in freezer noted with ice build up under the freezer fans. The built up ice can potentially contaminate the food stored under these conditions.

Vent covers in front of the grill and some wall areas noted in need of cleaning.
