Facility was instructed to use the bleach on-site to sanitize all dishes until the truck arrives. All dishes must be washed rinsed and sanitized then allowed to air dry. |

Milk noted not being held at 41 degrees fahrenheit or below. Milk jugs noted sitting on counter at room temperature for extended period of time with no time marking either. The milk was noted at 61?F. During slow time of the day milk should be stored in the cooler or marked with the time it was pulled out of cooler. Milk was disposed of to correct the violation. |
