Wiping cloths noted not stored in adequate sanitizing solution. Sanitizer levels in towel buckets are not at adequate levels. Wiping cloths noted laying on counter in walk in cooler and kitchen. Observed cloths laying through out kitchen not in sanitizer.

Cutting board not properly maintained. Cutting boards on prep top coolers in the kitchen have moisture build up on the underside of board. Meat slicer not cleaned frequently and throughly enough to avoid contamination. Detail cleaning recommended. Ice maker drip edge has debris build up. Suggest more frequent sanitizing.
