An inadequate amount of chlorine sanitizer was noted in the final rinse of the dish machine. Unable to check sanitizing concentration due to no water exiting spray bar on the sanitizing end of machine. Utilize 3 compartment sink to complete the sanitizing step for all utensils washed in dish machine until the sanitizing function has been restored and verified.

Dessert cold holding unit in the facility being used for cold holding temp of 41 degrees F was not set properly to hold 41 degrees F or bellow. The cooler was adjusted and reached the proper temperature.

A hand drying device was noted not provided at the hand washing lavatory in the bar. Hand washing lavatory in bar noted blocked with dishes.
