Total Score:89
Critical Violations
4 points: COLD AND HOT STORAGE EQUIPMENT
Refrigerator (far right) in the facility being used for cold holding temp of 41 degrees F or less was not functioning adequately. The GFCI outlet had tripped and need to be reset. The freezer was still completely frozen and below 20 degree?F however the fridge compartment was noted at 51?F. Due to the freezer still be cold this unit could not have been off for long. Critical violation corrected by resetting the GFCI outlet. It is STRONGLY recommended that the cause of the GFCI tripping is investigated (is it the fridge tripping it or is the outlet faulty?). It is also STRONGLY recommended that a outlet alarm is placed between the refrigerator plug and the wall outlet which will alert the hotel staff with the refrigerator plug is not receiving electrical current.
4 points: SANITIZATION OF EQUIP. AND UTENSILS
Inadequate sanitizing with quaternary ammonia was noted in the three compartment sink. Jug of sanitizer noted empty. Sanitizer was replaced to correct the violation.
