The temperature of the rinse cycle of the heat sanitizing dish machine noted not adequate to achieve final sanitization. The dishwasher took several attempts to reach a temperature was noted borderline too low. the thermometer reached 157?F. The machine should only have to be run 1-3 times to warm-up. It is recommended that the machine be serviced to reach proper sanitization.
