Kitchen employees was observed touching body parts and continuing to work without washing hands. I observed multiple instances of staff wiping hands on clothing aprons or sleaves and then continuing to handle or prep food without washing hands.

Raw meat noted being stored above food not to be further cooked. Observed ground beef in drawer cooler stored above pre-cooked food items.

Hand washing sinks in the bar and food prep area noted blocked with wiping cloth buckets.

Wiping cloths noted laying on counter in food prep area. Observed wiping cloths laying on food prep area cutting boards near flat top grills and in prep kitchen counters.
