4 points: COLD AND HOT STORAGE EQUIPMENT
Prep cooler on North wall in the kitchen being used for cold holding temp of 41 degrees F or less was not functioning adequately. The temperature was noted between 45-50?F between the lower part of of unit and the top prep section. All of the TCS food items that had been present in the cooler for an extended period of time were removed from service and the TCS food items prepared recently today were moved to another cooler. Re-inspection of the cooler will occur on or before January 23rd 2026. If more time is needed for repair the facility will need to contact the Inspector to delay re-inspection. The cooler must be noted operating below 41?F before any food can be put into it after repair.
