| An inadequate amount of chlorine sanitizer was noted in the final rinse of the dish machine in the ware-washing area. The machine needed to be primed and it was found that the line leading to the pump was drawing some air likely from the connection between the hard plastic tube and the rubber pump tube. A temporary fix was found by adjusting the line however the manager called a repairman and scheduled for them to come out and find a permanent solution. Critical violation corrected through both the temporary fix and the manager immediately scheduling a more permanent repair. |
