Hand washing lavatory in kitchen noted blocked with equipment. Mop bucket is blocking access to kitchen area handwash sink. After inspectors washed hands the mop bucket was put back in front of the sink. Soap was noted not provided at the hand washing lavatory in the second floor bar. A hand drying device was noted not provided at the hand washing lavatory in the second floor bar.
