| The hand washing lavatory noted with no hot or cold running water provided. A temporary hand sink set up (jug with flip style spigot) is required on a TEMPORARY ONLY basis until the hot and cold running water is fixed in order to continue operation. Re-inspection of the plumbing in the food truck will occur on or before Oct. 2nd 2025. Both hot and cold running water must be provided to the all faucets. |
