| Inadequate sanitizing with chlorine was noted in the three compartment sink. Not enough chlorine bleach sanitizer was being used in the sanitize sink basin. More bleach was added to correct the violation. Ensure that anytime dishes are being washed that the sanitize basin has the correct concentration of sanitizer. |

| Soap and hand towels were noted not provided at the hand washing lavatory in the kitchen. Soap and paper towels were replaced to correct the violaiton on the spot. |
