| When between busier parts of the days I would recommend stirring the hot held items in the main food hot holding and the drive through hot hold area more frequently to ensure items are at or above 140?F. Checking temperatures around that mid-afternoon time would also help monitor if any of the hot held food items drop in temperature as well. |
