| No dish sanitizer was located by the 3-compartment for use. There were also no drain stoppers present in the sink basins. Because of this it is not possible for proper sanitization of dishes to have been occuring. Critical violation corrected on the spot through training on the topic obtaining a drain stopper and bringing a bottle of chlorine bleach over the dish washing area. |

| Soap and hand drying device (no paper towels) were noted not provided at the hand washing lavatory in the food area. Due to the repeated occurence of this critical violation re-inspection for this critical item will occur by 5-14-26. Soap and paper towels must be at all hand sinks in order for the vioaltion to corrected. |
