Outsides of coolers inside of main prep coolers and outsides white food buckets/barrels noted not clean.

A couple fruit flies noted near prep sink. While there is not a large enough problem to constitute a violation it should be noted that this is an unusual time of year to see fruit flies. They could also be drain flies. It is recommended to get a pest control expert to help get rid of the flies before they bloom into a bigger problem especially when the spring season comes.
