| In use utensils were noted being stored or contacting unclean surfaces. Tongs next to the fryers noted hanging on the freezer door handle. Even though the door and handle is a sanitizable surface this setup is not ideal because of the potencial of contamination from touching the door hnadle with bare hands while loading the freezer etc. A better option might be to use a stainless steel container to keep the tong in either on the shlelf bellow or even in the freezer itself. |
