Inadequate sanitizing with quaternary ammonia was noted in the three compartment sink. 3 Compartment sink was noted not set up. Upon interviewing the employees they don't seem to use proper dishwashing practices and might be using only the greese remover on the rollers for hot dogs and taquitos. Pop and rags and other un-neccessary items were noted sitting in all 3 compartments. Please review proper dishwashing practices with staff.
