| The hand washing lavatory in the kitchen noted being used for other than hand washing. A couple dishes were observed in the hand sink. Hand sink must ONLY be used for hands. |

| Milk nozzle noted too long and not cut at the proper 45 degree angle. Milk dispenser nozzles should be cut at less than 1 inch of length and at a 45 degree angle to allow the milk in the nozzle to fully drain after each use. If not cut properly the milk will hold in the nozzle and become too warm between uses. |
