Soap was noted not provided at the hand washing lavatory in the kitchen. Soap dispenser batteries were changed to correct the violation.

The hand washing lavatory in the kitchen noted being used for other than hand washing. A couple dishes were observed in the hand sink. Hand sink must ONLY be used for hands.

Milk nozzle noted too long and not cut at the proper 45 degree angle. Milk dispenser nozzles should be cut at less than 1 inch of length and at a 45 degree angle to allow the milk in the nozzle to fully drain after each use. If not cut properly the milk will hold in the nozzle and become too warm between uses.

Spoons noted being stored so that food or lip contact surfaces are being contaminated at breakfast area by patrons.

Inadequate sanitizing with quaternary ammonia was noted in the three compartment sink. The dispensing jug of red sanitizer solution was empty. The jug was replaced and dishes re-sanitized to correct the critical violation.
Non-Critical Violations

Milk dispensing nozzle noted as being too long and not cut properly. Nozzle/tub should be no longer than 1/2 - 1 inch and cut at a 45 degree angle.
