| An inadequate amount of chlorine sanitizer was noted in the final rinse of the dish machine. The sanitizer jug had recently been changed and likely because the previous jug had run out the dishwasher sanitizer line and pump needed to be primed. Critical violation corrected by priming the sanitizer pump. |

| A hand drying device was noted not provided at the hand washing lavatory in the kitchen. Paper towels were replaced to correct the violation. |

| Rice and beans noted in containers that are not food safe plastic. All open or bulk food must be stored in containers meant for food and constructed of food safe plastics. |
