Raw meat noted being stored above food not to be further cooked. Raw beef noted over sesame dipping sauce. Beef was moved and education was given about the violation to correct the critical violation. |

Food from dented and bulging cans noted being used in the establishment. Dented and bulging cans of pineapple noted in facility. Food from dented and bulging cans has the potential to contain hazardous pathogens such as Clostridium botulinum. Cans were removed from service and education was given on the topic to correct the critical violation. |

Inadequate sanitizing with quaternary ammonia was noted in the three compartment sink. Sink was emptied and refilled to correct the violation. Dishwasher noted not reaching 160?F noted at 155?F. Upon notification of violation it was found that the booster heater was not turned on. After turning on booster and letting the unit warm up it then reached the proper sanitization temperature of 160?F. Critical violation corrected. |
