Inadequate sanitizing with chlorine was noted in the three compartment sink. Manager was not aware of the dish washing process or how to properly wash rinse and sanitize dishes. Blender/beverage containers were not being properly sanitized every 4 hours. Bleach was found in the facility and instruction on how to properly mix the bleach with water to obtain the proper concentration was demonstrated. Critical violation corrected with training on the topic. |
