Due to the VERY recent change in ownership a critical violation will not be marked at this time but this comment will serve as notice that a hand sink will be required in the dishwashing area. This will be re-inspected for at the next routine inspection (any time after January 1st 2026) and marked as a critical violation if a hand sink (with hand soap and paper towels) is not installed in the dishwashing/ware-washing area. |
