| Hand washing lavatory noted not present in the ware-washing area near the 3-compartment sink. A previous notice of this violation in the form of an inspection comment was issued in September 2025. Extra time to install a new sink was allotted due to the ownership changes that took place however it will now need to be corrected within 10 days. A FOLLOW UP INSPECTION FOR INSTALLATION OF A NEW HANDSINK WILL OCCUR BEFORE Oct. 8th 2026. Please contact the inspector for questions or concerns before this date if necessary. |
