| Raw meat noted being stored above food not to be further cooked. Raw chicken was noted being stored above lettuce in the walk in cooler. Violation was corrected immediatelly. |

| Raw food noted not being held at 41 degrees fahrenheit or below. Raw meats and shrimp was not kept at appropriate temperatures while processing for a prolonged time period. Time rather than temperature was being used but in an inproper manner as a control for public health protection. Bean sprouts in water at room temperature were not properly marked with time within which it must be served or discarded. |

| An inadequate amount of chlorine sanitizer was noted in the final rinse of the dish machine. The sanitizer was not pulling up during the rinse cycle. This was corrected immediately. |
