4 points: SANITIZATION OF EQUIP. AND UTENSILS
The temperature of the rinse cycle of the heat sanitizing dish machine noted not adequate to achieve final sanitization. A critical violation re-inspection will occur on or before 1-8-25. If the dish machine cannot be repaired within this time frame the inspector must be contacted.
3 points: HANDWASHING LAVATORIES AND SUPPLIES
Soap and paper towels were noted not provided at the hand washing lavatory in the ware-washing area and the bar. Soap and paper towels were replaced upon notification of the violations critical violation corrected.
Non-Critical Violations
2 points: FOOD CONTACT SURFACES - CLEAN
Ice machine interior and pop gun holders noted not properly maintained/cleaned.
2 points: CONTAMINATION DURING STORAGE
Fish was noted not being removed from the vacuum packaging. Fish and seafood must be completely removed from vacuum packaging when removed from the freezer.

Cold holding drawers in cook line being used for cold holding temp of 41 degrees F was not functioning adequately. GFI was popped and reset and items removed.
