The temperature of the rinse cycle of the heat sanitizing dish machine noted not adequate to achieve final sanitization. Both the facilities round disc style dishwasher thermometer and the identical one used by the Health Department noted a rinse temperature around 150?F. Please make sure that whomever repairs the dishwasher utilizes your black round dishtemp thermometer to verify the unit is at least 160?F. A re-inspection of this critical item will occur before 2-6-26 unless the Health Inspector is contacted directly regarding a delay.
