Raw meat (ground beef) noted being stored above cooked chicken and cheese sauce. Critical violation corrected by moving the cheese sauce and chicken above the ground beef. |

An inadequate amount of chlorine sanitizer was noted in the final rinse of the dish machine. Unit was primed and started functioning properly. It will be necessary to monitor the dishwasher closely to make sure it doesn't lose its prime again as this would indicate a further problem. |
