The methods used for cooling were not adequate. No cooling wand noted present. Soup noted cooling in large deep pot in walk-in cooler. Soup should be immediately put out for service while still above 140 degrees not allowed to cool before putting in warming units. Also soup or other food items should be cooled in shallow pans with high surface to allow for proper cooling. Corrected through training on the topic.

Soap was noted not provided at the hand washing lavatory in the kitchen. Battery noted dead in dispenser. Pump soap placed to correct the violation.
