Cooler in the facility being used for cold holding temp of 41 degrees F or less was not functioning adequately. Cooler noted at 50?F. Strongly recommended that all TCS foods in cooler be disposed of. Cooler will bereinspected in 10 days unless establishment calls to delay inspection.
3 points: HANDWASHING LAVATORIES AND SUPPLIES
The hand washing lavatory in the front service area and in the bar noted being used for other than hand washing. Hand sinks must only be used for hands and not as a dump sink. Recommended for bar to label which sink will be the full time hand sink so there is no confusion amongst bar tenders. Corrected through training on the topic.
