| Facility only serves Gravy and Waffles for breakfast. They do not have a Certified Food Manager at the moment so we have discussed that they can choose to discard leftovers at the end of breakfast each day. The state doesn't require a restaurant license if they serve 2 or less hot items and they discard the leftovers. The manager said they will probably go with that option. |
