Employee noted handling food contact items with contaminated hands. When employees switch from taking payment at the register to making food again the employee must de-glove wash hands and then put on new gloves. Corrected through training on the topic.

An inadequate amount of chlorine sanitizer was noted in the final rinse of the dish machine. Machine was primed running the sanitizer pump and air in the line was eliminated to return the machine to working order. Critical violation corrected on the spot.
