Chicken black beans in front prep table noted not being held at 140 degrees fahrenheit or above. Also Chicken in to-go prep table noted not being held at 140 degrees or above. Chicken cooled too much before being put into warmer warmer may not have been pre-heated to proprer temp and a pan was missing from the to-go warmer causing it not to heat properly. These issues were discussed with manager. Food was very recently put into warmer so returning it to proper temps was acceptable. |
