Potato salad/salsa noted not being held at 140 degrees fahrenheit or above or 41 degrees F or below. The steam well was out of water under the potato dish. This will be re-inspected for in 10 days. Product was removed from service.
5 points: CROSS CONTAMINATION
Raw chicken noted over raw beef and pork. Raw meats are to be stored according to final cooking temperature. From bottom to top as follows: chicken beef pork seafood and all ready-to-eat foods on top.
3 points: HANDWASHING LAVATORIES AND SUPPLIES
A hand drying device was noted not provided at the hand washing lavatory in the kitchen. Hand towels must be kept at each hand sink at all times. A re-inspection for this item will occur in 10 days.
