Large/deep containers of salsa and other liquid foods noted not being adequately cooled to prevent the growth of harmful bacteria. These food should be cooled in the shallow pans with a larger surface area.

Raw meat noted being stored above food not to be further cooked inlcuding salsa and cheese sauce etc.
